These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Tripora, an online service provided by Boss SystemWorks Ltd(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Tripora, you agree to these Terms.
Tripora offers shared travel planning, trip memories, collaboration features, and optional connections with travel experts. Features may change as the product evolves.
You may upload trip content, media, documents, notes, and other materials (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content subject to the licence you grant us to host, process, and display it in order to operate the service. Where privacy or visibility settings exist, you control how Your Content is shared within those controls.
Travel agents or experts may receive a trip brief only when you choose to share (for example via an explicit send action). We do not distribute full private threads without your direction.
Tripora does not itself sell or package holidays unless we clearly say so on a specific offer. External bookings, suppliers, and independent agents are third parties; their terms, pricing, and performance are between you and them.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.
